Every recording, document, and detail you share with me stays strictly private. Confidentiality is not an added extra in what I do. It sits at the very heart of it.
- Your work is never shared. Your files, your transcripts, and any information within them are seen by me alone, and are never passed on or discussed with anyone else.
- Handled with care. While I work on your project, your recordings and documents are stored securely. Once your transcript is delivered, your completed files are kept for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to download them at your convenience, and are then permanently and securely deleted, with no chance of recovery.
- Sensitive material understood. With long experience across medical, legal, and insurance work, I know how much discretion matters, and I treat every file with the seriousness it deserves.
